Delete your Idle Marble Run account
Option 1 – In the game (immediate)
- Open Idle Marble Run.
- Tap the profile button in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Your account and cloud save are deleted from our servers, the game's data is erased from your device, and the game restarts as a new player.
Option 2 – By email
If you no longer have the game installed, email support@kilosaurus.com with the subject “Delete my Idle Marble Run account”. Include your player ID (shown in the game's profile panel) or the Google Play Games / Game Center name you played with. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
Delete some data without deleting your account
You can also ask us to delete only part of your data and keep playing with your account – for example your cloud save, or the link between your game account and your Google Play Games or Game Center account. Email support@kilosaurus.com with the subject “Delete some of my Idle Marble Run data”, your player ID (shown in the game's profile panel) and the data you want deleted. We process the request within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted with your account
- Your player account (Unity Gaming Services player ID).
- Your cloud save: progress, currencies, collection and settings.
- The link between your game account and your Google Play Games or Game Center account.
What is not deleted by us
- Purchase records are kept by Google Play or the App Store, under their own policies and legal obligations. Purchased items are lost with the account and cannot be restored.
- Achievements belong to your Google Play Games or Game Center profile and are managed in those services.
- Advertising data held by ad partners follows their own policies. You can reset your advertising ID in your device settings at any time.
